Working time in the process: 

It is necessary to select the hot melt adhesive with the corresponding curing time in combination with the time of the glue process. Generally, the curing time of manual operation is about 8 seconds, the semi-automatic packaging choice is about 4-6 seconds, and the fast packaging line needs to choose 1-3 Hot melt adhesive with a curing time of seconds.

 

Temperature requirements:

Generally, hot melt adhesives with a softening point of 70-80℃ are selected for occasions where there is no special temperature resistance requirement. For hot melt adhesives used in high-temperature environments, their softening point basically needs to be above 100℃. For example, our company uses in electronics. The hot melt adhesive products used in assembly and automobile industries have softening points at 110°C and 160°C, respectively.

In terms of general stability requirements, anti-oxidation performance, anti-halogenation performance, acid and alkali resistance, etc. should be mainly considered
