1. The color requirements of glue should be different. If there is no special requirement for the color of the follow-up product itself, it is recommended to use yellow hot melt adhesive. Generally speaking, yellow hot melt adhesive is more viscous than white. It is handled by the external table. For the surface treatment of the part to be joined, hot melt adhesive is not as strict as other adhesives, but should the dust and oil on the surface of the part to be joined be properly treated? Only in this way, the hot melt adhesive particles can better play the role of bonding.

 

2. Working hours. Hot melt adhesive has the characteristics of fast operation. With the wide application of modern production methods-assembly lines, the working time requirements for hot melt adhesives are getting shorter and shorter, such as book binding, speaker manufacturing, etc., and the working time requirements for hot melt adhesives are getting shorter and shorter, about 5 second.

 

3. Resistance to temperature. Thermal adhesives are sensitive to temperature. Will the temperature change? The hot melt adhesive starts to soften and becomes brittle at a certain temperature. Therefore, the temperature change of the environment where the product is located should be considered when selecting the hot melt adhesive.
