     The throat of the hot melt adhesive can be divided into four layers: inner tank, heating wire, insulation layer, and protective layer from the inside to the outside. The inner tank is made of Teflon tube, which has good flexibility, anti-stickiness and high temperature resistance. The high temperature resistance must reach at least 250 ° C. The Teflon anti-stick layer of the inner tank can prevent the hot melt adhesive from attaching to the inner wall. The generation of carbonization by prolonged heating. In addition to the role of the anti-stick layer, the sudden change of the diameter needs to be reduced when designing the inner tank, and a smooth transition is used in the variable diameter part to minimize the setting and avoid the space where the hot melt adhesive cannot flow. The heating wire of the heater is evenly wound on the outer wall of the throat to ensure good insulation and temperature uniformity. Also packaged with the heating wire are temperature measuring elements, high temperature wires and other devices. The selection of thermal insulation materials and protective layers should fully consider their functions, but also ensure their excellent bending performance and folding resistance. The design and selection of materials are reasonable, and the minimum bending radius of 20cm can be achieved.
