Edge sealing machine using PUR hot melt adhesive; precautions!

Top1. Check before use.

Ⅰ. PUR hot melt adhesive before use, check whether the vacuum aluminum foil bag packaging is intact, do not use the leaky! Once air leakage it will react with the moisture in the air and lose stickiness.

Ⅱ. Do not wait for the PUR hot melt adhesive to return to room temperature before using it.
Ⅲ. Pre-heating: The PUR hot melt adhesive is preheated without tearing off the aluminum foil (generally 5~15 minutes), or the PUR hot melt adhesive can be preheated in an oven with the recommended control temperature of 100 ℃.
Ⅳ. After preheating, you need to check the top and tail of the hot melt hose for scabs, if there are, pick them out, after which the PUR hot melt adhesive can be used.
Ⅴ. Clean the surface of the bonded part of oil, dust, paint, release agent, oxidation layer and other substances that affect bonding, and ensure that the surface of the bonded workpiece is dry.

Top2.PUR glue in the work of the machine to make precautions.

Ⅰ. The temperature and air pressure of PUR hot melt glue when working varies from project to project, consult purking technical staff for details.
Ⅱ. Stainless steel needles should be used whenever possible, with the inner diameter of the nozzle depending on the specific project.
Ⅲ. Drain a small amount of glue before installing the needle nozzle to ensure that the PUR hot melt adhesive can be used properly.
Ⅳ. The length of the needle nozzle exposed to the outside of the heater should be no greater than 3mm.
Ⅴ. Remember to grease the hose or glue gun after the machine is finished working, which can effectively prevent the PUR hot melt glue from contacting with air.

Warm tip: It is recommended that the heating time should not exceed 4 hours continuously, and the same hose should not be heated three times repeatedly. If the heating time is long, the rear part of the hose will be crusted, and the crust can be poked to reduce the pressure of gluing.
